Most normal people have an inner voice. This inner voice can say a lot of things to you both good and bad. It often can be a very negative voice that tells you that you aren’t good enough, that you don’t measure up, that you aren’t attractive or worthy of being loved and appreciated. This inner voice is something we do battle with on a daily basis and too often this voice wins and keeps us from being the person we really want.
The inner voice is also something that help drive us to get better, to improve and that is typically a voice we want to listen to and it will help us smooth our edges, help us understand our desires and dreams. Sometimes discerning which of these voices is talking to us is difficult. What is true, what is false and what are we making up in our own minds?
